When you register to use eCollect.co.nz, it is essential to correctly name the legal entity to whom the monies are owed. The details you provide in the registration process will be used as the details for the creditor in your claim. If you name the incorrect legal entity, this may cause potential problems which may require the involvement of a solicitor to rectify with potential additional expense.
